How to equip an apartment of 30 square meters ?

This 30 square meter single room with high (five meters!) Ceilings includes a spacious living room, a separate room on the mezzanine floor (thanks to the height of the ceilings) and even a terrace overlooking the pier. 

In order to zone the space throughout the apartment, but at the same time maintain a sense of spaciousness, the designers added plasterboard niches. They were also used as storage places so as not to clutter up the space with additional cabinets.

The main color in the decoration is white. Walls and floors of the same color blur the boundaries. In addition, the designers deliberately adhered to neutral colors and abandoned large prints that would emphasize the small area.

In the living room, the furniture is matched to the color of the walls, so the area seems larger. However, to zone the sofa seating and dining space, they used shades of beige: wooden chairs at the dining table, a carpet and a wooden coffee table.

The kitchen is visually separated from the living room by partitions on both sides. To save space in the kitchen and free up the work surface, all the appliances were built into the headset. For example, a microwave oven is suspended from a bracket, rather than standing on a countertop as usual.

The bedroom is located on the mezzanine floor. Due to the niche in the wall, there was a place here not only for a large bed and a working corner, but even a dressing room.

In the bathroom, as in the entire apartment, everything is thought out. For example, to add extra storage space without overwhelming the space with drawers, the designers installed a shelf above the washing machine.

In the corridor there was a place for a coat rack and a wardrobe. A wardrobe with sliding doors is not an accidental solution, because unlike conventional ones, they save space.

The highlight of the apartment is a terrace overlooking the pier. Firstly, it "continues" and enlarges the living room, and secondly, it fills the entire apartment with daylight, which is important in small areas.
