Pestana Gran Vía, Cristiano Ronaldo's hotel that opens in Madrid on June 7

Madrid is in full swing. Coinciding with the de-escalation in the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, and in parallel with the reactivation of tourism and hospitality activity, on June 7 one of the most anticipated hotels opens in softopening: the Pestana CR7 Gran Vía Madrid. 

Cristiano Ronaldo and Dionisio Pestana's hotel is the first establishment of the Pestana CR7 Lifestyle Hotels flagship outside of Portugal, and the second Pestana Hotel Group hotel in the capital, after Pestana Plaza Mayor , which belongs to their Pestana Collection Hotels brand.

The new hotel will have 168 rooms, and will open in the heart of Madrid's Gran Vía, in a 1920 building that has undergone a complete refurbishment that has transformed it into a contemporary-style space reminiscent of Madrid's golden age after making an investment of 13 million euros.

Without a doubt, the main protagonist of the hotel will be the 9th floor CR7. This floor, open to the public, will house the project's gastronomic offer, which includes a sports bar, a pizzeria and the only rooftop with 360º views of the capital, which will house a plunge pool.

Since the hotel is owned by Cristiano Ronaldo, both in the design of the hotel and in his daily life, sport and its values ​​will have a very important presence . For example, the hotel will have a fitness box, and will promote an extensive training program and sports activities.
